Adriatic Cafe Italian: A Cozy Italian Gem in Spring, TX

Really enjoyed our dinner in the neighborhood. The chicken Siciliano was citrusy and tasty, lasagna was good, and the lobster ravioli was good but the meat had a slightly runny consistency. Nay was a great server, very attentive. Our food was out quickly and drinks stayed poured. Always enjoy a visit here.

Wonderful food and service! We enjoyed the bread very much. Also the chicken siciliano and chicken carbonara tasted delicious. We ordered tiramisu and it was the perfect balance of flavors. 10/10

Came by for dinner and food was delicious!! Our waiter Owen was very attentive to our table of 7. The chicken with veggies is divine, and you can’t forget the bread with the olive oil dipping sauce. Everything at Adriatic Caffe is amazing, never disappoints! Thanks Owen for the great service!!

This was my first time at this restaurant chain. I was feeling particularly in the mood for pizza, so I figured I'd try here for something new and exciting - that's exactly what it was. I was thoroughly surprised with the level of craftsmanship the pizza demonstrated. The service felt as if I was sitting at home; My server was Kailey, a fantastic server that induced and reinforced such a feeling of comfort while dining - very welcoming. I never usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so for this occasion. The crust had a beautiful crunch, the sauce was spiced to perfection, and the cheese was incredibly flavourful. I can definitely see myself being a frequent diner. Incredible first impression.

Absolutely delicious! I ordered from Adriatic Café through DoorDash and was so impressed! The pasta was creamy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. You could tell it was made with care. The grilled chicken on top was tender and seasoned just right. The garlic bread was amazing; buttery, crispy, and great for dipping into the marinara sauce. They even included a sweet little handwritten note in the bag, which really made my night. You can tell this place cares about their food and their customers. Definitely one of my new go-to spots.

This is the place to go if you need to fill your belly with pasta! The staff is great ,the food is fabulous. Nearly everthing , is homemade and made to order. Got the fried moz ,yummy. The marinara side yummy,the chefs special, yummy. A bowl of pasta could feed two. But me ,I want the leftovers! Our server was Ruben. He was professional, friendly and gave us great time inbetween check ins. The hostess was smiling and was conversational. I wish I got her name ,she was delightful. The atmosphere was great.Not loud,but the air filled with conversation,with some great background music . Open and airy despite being indoors. Im not a fan of Italian food to be honest ,but this place, I will eat time and time again.

The food was good, and the service was pleasant. The food came out pretty quickly, and it was a pleasant atmosphere. The prices are reasonable as well. I've been here a couple times. First time service was on point. The second time hit and miss. But all in all it's been a pleasant experience.

It’s hard to give just five stars for our server Cheyanne. She was so attentive and sweet. The food was absolutely perfect. The restaurant was clean, had nice soft music, and the place was surprisingly peaceful considering it is “kids eat free” night on Mondays! We will most definitely be back. If you’re a fan of sweet red wine, this Italian hit the spot.
